pushing my limits

Growing up, I was always pretty fat.

Only in grade 10 when I started working out and taking my health seriously, I started to lose weight.

Now, I work out multiple times a week with a strict routine of both lifting and muay thai, as well as sports.

How do I put my body through so much?

I have a mantra, to push myself to the limits. This mantra has gotten me out of bed early morning to workout, and has kept me disciplined to my workout regiment

And I don't think I'm special, or physically gifted. It's just an obsession turned habit.

I think everyone can do it. Everyone can conquer that little voice in their head telling them to skip leg day, or that you can just workout later (which eventually never comes).

Im a firm believer that when faced with a decision in life, the harder one is always the right one to do. When in doubt, always take the harder path. It'll toughen you.

So push yourself to your physical limits. Your body and your character will thank you.
